Our spectacular 14 hour Health, Happiness and Wellbeing Festival on 30th June 2024. Sponsored by Sinclair Law Solicitors.

Designed with YOU in mind to encourage empowerment, help educate whilst promoting confidence and happiness. Helping your personal growth and overall wellness for a healthy work and life balance for both men and women. Children are welcome too as well as your furry friends.

The event is in two halves; The day event which is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities features stalls, demos, workshops, food and drinks and guest speakers with our liberating cold water experience with breath work workshop and our fire walking experience (pre book on our website) throughout the day between 10am- 6pm. have our very own Followed by our fabulous evening event with music, food and drinks with dancing until the early hours to promote relaxation, happiness and fun. We’re also encouraging festival wear at the event though not compulsory.
