Officers are appealing for information following a serious collision in Rainow.
At 1.46pm on Sunday 14 August, officers were called to a collision involving a cyclist and an Isuzu D-Max pick-up with a trailer on Blaze Hill.
The cyclist, a 60-year-old man, from Macclesfield, sustained serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital by air ambulance. His condition is described as stable.
Police are now appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have captured any dashcam footage to come forward.
