Appeal for help in finding wanted man from Northwich

Police are appealing for help in locating a wanted man from Northwich.

Thomas Howman of Morris Drive, Weaverham, is wanted in connection with an incident of harassment.

The 26-year-old is described as white, 5’5” tall with a medium build and short blonde hair.

Howman has links to the Winsford and Weaverham area.

Anyone who sees him, or has information regarding his whereabouts, is asked online:
