Police are appealing for help in locating a wanted man from Northwich.
Thomas Howman of Morris Drive, Weaverham, is wanted in connection with an incident of harassment.
The 26-year-old is described as white, 5’5” tall with a medium build and short blonde hair.
Howman has links to the Winsford and Weaverham area.
