Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a serious collision near Sandbach.
Shortly after 3pm on Monday 26th May police were called to reports of a collision on Hall Lane in Moston.
On arrival officers found that a white Suzuki moped, which was travelling towards Crewe, had left the road.
The rider of the bike, a 20-year-old local man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to the Royal Stoke Hospital where he remains at this time.
Detective Inspector Steve Griffiths said:
“Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and I would urge anyone who witnessed what happened or has any other information in relation to the incident to come forward.
“The same goes for anyone who may have any relevant CCTV, dashcam, or video doorbell footage that may aid our investigation."
