Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision in Disley.
At around 12.45am on Sunday 11th May, police received reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Buxton Road, opposite The Albert Hotel.
The pedestrian, a 51-year-old woman, is believed to have suffered serious injuries. The car failed to stop at the scene and was travelling in the direction of New Mills in Derbyshire.
Sergeant Jon Dixon said:
“We are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to please get in touch with us. The same goes for anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage which could help us to trace the vehicle involved."
