Officers searching for a missing man in Crewe have found a body.
The body was discovered by a member of the public in a wooded area near Crewe Hall shortly before 9am on Thursday 11 March.
Formal identification has not yet taken place, but it is believed to be that of missing man Josef Skrdlant.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
His death is not believed to be suspicious.
A case file will be prepared for the coroner.
