CAST ANNOUNCED FOR THE PANTOMIME SLEEPING BEAUTY.

KD Theatre Productions are thrilled to announce the cast for Sleeping Beauty at the Grange Theatre in Hartford.

Sleeping Beauty pantomime of your dreams will dazzle and delight audiences of all ages and will run from Saturday 10th December 2022 – Sunday 1st January 2023. 

Returning to the Grange Theatre as the wicked Carabosse will be Mollie Kate Angus. She will be joined by Lucy Brindle (Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends – a Celebration, Sondheim Theatre) as Princess Aurora and Jake Hankey ([TITLE OF SHOW]) as the dashing Prince Harry. Joining the cast for their Grange Theatre Pantomime debuts are the hilarious pantomime dame Mark Hyde as Nurse and comedy favourite Charles M Duke as Presto.

KD Theatre Productions is already hard at work behind the scenes to ensure that this year’s pantomime offers something for the whole family. 

The lovely Princess Aurora will win the hearts of both young and old!

But, when the evil Carabosse causes Princess Aurora to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall into an enchanted sleep, will Prince Harry be able to wake her? Will Aurora's endearing Nurse O'Dear ever find love? Will Aurora's best friend Muddles finally get the court Jester job he craves? This classic pantomime will enchant and delight both children and adults!

Katherine Hickmott and Daniel Bell, the Producers for KD Theatre Productions said: “We are delighted to be bringing this talented company of performers to the Grange Theatre this Christmas. This year’s pantomime promises to be our most spectacular and exciting to date filled with lots of new surprises as well as all the traditional elements that the Grange Theatre audiences have come to know and love!”

Sleeping Beauty is written by Daniel Bell, directed by Harry Tennison with choreography by Rob Stevens, lighting design by Gregory Jordan and sound design by Alistair Penman.

Local pantomime fans will have their chance to meet the cast and see a snippet of Sleeping Beauty on Thursday 27th October at The Grange Theatre. Tickets will be available from the Box Office. 

Sleeping Beauty is at The Grange Theatre, Hartford will run from Saturday 10th December 2022 – Sunday 1st January 2023.
