A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs.
At 5.55am officers sawed the door to gain access to the address in Bankside Court and made a search of the property, seizing Class A and B drugs, scales and snap bags.
Enquiries are ongoing to trace the man who lives at the address.
Sgt James Bell said:
“Early this morning we carried a warrant after we received information that there may be drug dealing at this property.
“We acted and have seized the evidence. We’re now extremely interested in having a chat with the occupant of the address about our recent finds and are making every effort to track him down.”
