Cheshire East Council is reminding residents that the Congleton Household Waste Recycling Centre will be closed for the rest of the week. It’s so that repair work can be carried out which we’re told will improve traffic flow and safety at the site.
Congleton Household Waste Recycling Centre will be closed from noon on Wednesday 16 January to 8.30am on Friday 18 January, so that repair works can be completed.
During the temporary closure, road surface repairs will be carried out and changes made to the surface’s white lines, which will reverse the current flow of traffic across the site.
