A man from Crewe has been charged with theft and drug possession offences.
Connor Scragg was arrested in the Nantwich Road area of Crewe at around 11.57am on Friday 5th June.
Scragg, of Nantwich Road in Crewe, has since been charged with theft by finding.
The 23-year-old has also been charged with possession of class B drugs (cannabis).
He has been released on conditional bail to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Monday 3rd August.
