Officers in Crewe have charged a man with weapons possession offences.
Jordan Hamlett was arrested in the West Street area of Crewe at around 7.45pm on Tuesday 2nd June.
The 28-year-old, of Smith Grove in Crewe, has since been charged with possession of a knife in a public place.
Hamlett has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 4th June.
The charges follow a stop and search conducted in the West Street area of Crewe on Tuesday 2nd June.
