The four teenagers were all arrested following the assault of a man on Market Street, Congleton, on Saturday 12 February 2022.
They have since been charged with the following offences –
- Liam Doolan, 18, of St Johns Road, Biddulph – Charged with section 18 assault and section 47 assault
- 16-year-old boy from Congleton – Charged with section 18 assault
- 15-year-old girl from Congleton – Charged with section 47 assault
- 14-year-old boy from Congleton – Charged with section 47 assault
All four teenagers are currently on bail and are set to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Monday 6 February.
A 13-year-old boy was arrested and has since been released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
