Detectives investigating a series of burglaries in Winsford have arrested a man in relation to the incidents.
On Sunday 14th June, police were called to number of burglaries involving sheds and outbuildings in the Wharton area.
Following enquiries detectives have now arrested a 19-year-old man from St Helens in relation to the incidents.
The teenager was arrested earlier today, Friday 19th June, and is currently being held in custody on suspicion of burglary.
A 15-year-old boy from Winsford has also been arrested in connection to the incidents; he has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
