Detectives investigating a fatal collision near Northwich have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Graham Worthington has been charged with causing a death by dangerous driving following a collision on A533 Northwich Road, Bartington, on Friday 15th September 2023.
Worthington was riding a Benelli TRK motorbike which was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit flatbed tipper near to the entrance of Dones View Farm.
Sadly, 54-year-old Nicola Connolly, who was a passenger on the motorbike, died as a result of the collision.
Worthington, 54, of Roscoe Crescent, Runcorn, has been summonsed to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 16th May in relation to the charges.
