Macclesfield North Neighbourhood Policing Team have charged a man in relation to multiple reports of car interference.
Lewis Anderton, of Goathland Way in Macclesfield, appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 25 August charged with nine counts of motor vehicle interference.
The 38-year-old will next appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on 6th July 2027.
The charges relate to reports of vehicle break-ins in Macclesfield between May and August 2026 in the following areas:
- Hardwick Drive
- Park Lane
- Sherwood Road
- Byrons Lane
- Treacle Avenue
- Livesley Road (x4)
