Man charged with sexual assault in Knutsford

Detectives have charged a man in connection with a sexual assault in Knutsford.

Christos Phitides, of the Sparkhill area in Birmingham, was arrested on Wednesday 15 June 2022 and subsequently charged with sexual assault.

The 32-year-old, who is also known as Kris Karma, appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court on Thursday 16 June 2022.

The case is listed for trial at Chester Crown Court on Monday 5 December 2022.

The charge relates to a woman allegedly sexually assaulted at a tattoo parlour on King Street in Knutsford on Monday 3 August 2020.
