Detectives from Northwich have charged a man with theft and fraud offences following an incident in the town.
Adam Benfedda, of Chester Road, Northwich was arrested earlier today, Friday 26 May.
The 25-year-old has since been charged with one count of theft and five counts of fraud by false representation.
The charges relate to the theft of a mobile phone and bank cards at a retail park on Chester Way, Northwich, on Thursday 18 May.
Benfedda has been released on bail and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 20 June.
