Police officers from Crewe have charged a man with threatening to destroy a property in Crewe.
Timothy Daly has been charged with:
One count of threat to damage / destroy property and one count of Persistently make use of public communication network to cause annoyance / inconvenience / anxiety.
The charges relate to threats made to damage the home of a woman in Crewe on Saturday 25th October.
Daly of Derrington Avenue, Crewe, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Monday 27th October, where he was remanded in custody.
The 53-year-old next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 24th November.
