A man who died following an incident on Bridle Hey, Nantwich has been identified as 32-year-old Jamie Evans.
Jamie, from the Runcorn area, died while working in the area on Thursday 13 August.
His family have been informed and have asked that their privacy be respected at this time.
The incident has been referred to the Health and Safety Executive.
