23-year-old man from Liverpool has been charged with class A drugs offences.
Samuel Joseph Scott was arrested on Vickers Way Park in Northwich at around 2.45pm on Wednesday 17 April after officers conducted a stop check.
Scott, Amanda Road, Field Lane Estate, Liverpool, was subsequently charged with the following four offences:
- Possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin)
- Possession with intent to supply class A drugs (crack cocaine)
- Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis)
- Possession of criminal property
He appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court this morning, Thursday 18 April, where he was remanded in custody; He is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 17 May.
