Unfortunately, along with countless other organisations, the Bunbury Watermill Trust is unable at present to make any firm plans for re-opening to the public.
We are still carrying out essential maintenance work to keep the machinery and the grounds in good condition, and look forward to being able to welcome you back when conditions allow.
Our historical researches continue, and we recently acquired these priceless photos taken during the restoration of the mill in 1976-77, It is thanks to the work of the Job Creation team set up by the North West Water Authority that we have today a fully functional Victorian water mill.
Tom was the miller at the time of the flood which destroyed the mill in 1960. He came back to assist with the restoration and re-opening in 1976-77.
We look forward to the time when we can welcome you to the mill again. Keep an eye on our web site for updates on the situation.
