Detectives investigating a burglary at business premises in Northwich have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Jonathan Heron, of no fixed abode, has been charged with one count of burglary other than a dwelling.
The 48-year-old has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Thursday 5th June.
The charge relates to a break in at fitness studio on Chester Way on Sunday 1st June.
