After joining One You Cheshire East’s Stand Strong programme, she’s got more energy, more independence, and a new love for exercise.
Jean has now joined Everybody Health & Leisure Move It or Lose It classes which have become a valued part of her weekly routine.

Let’s Get Movin’ is their free, 12-week programme that helps families enjoy being active, learn about healthy eating and build confidence together. It’s all about small steps, positive changes and having fun as a family.
The programme focuses on:
• Making movement enjoyable with access to a range of activities

• Building confidence in a supportive space
• Helping families feel healthier together
