Police officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Crewe.
At around 8.50pm on Wednesday 27th May, a BMW motorcycle was involved in a collision with a red Nissan Juke on Dunwoody Way.
Sadly, the rider of the motorcycle, a 30-year-old man, died at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan, a 42-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
Inspector Andy Dennison said:
“At the time of the collision there were several cars and pedestrians using Dunwoody way.
“I’d urge anyone who witnessed the collision but has not yet spoken to police to contact us. The same goes for anyone with dashcam footage that may help with the investigation.”
