Silkmen Set For Telford Test

Macclesfield Town will make the journey down to The New Bucks Head this afternoon, in order to take on their old rivals Telford United in a pre-season fixture.

Tim Flowers will take his side down to Shropshire for a 15:00 kick-off and we will bring you all the relevant information regarding admission and capacity restrictions when we have it.

The game will mark the first meeting between the two sides at The New Bucks Head since 12th August 2014.

An early strike by Adriano Moke was added to by a Waide Fairhurst brace that evening, as John Askey's men registered a 3 - 2 victory.

The game represents our first confirmed pre-season fixture and we will bring you details of further matches as soon as we are able.
