Detectives investigating a burglary in Wilmslow have charged a third man in relation to the incident.
Damian Ormiston has been charged with one count of burglary following a break-in at an address on Mobberley Road, Wilmslow, on Sunday 23rd March 2025.
The 41-year-old, of River Street, Stockport, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Thursday 22nd May.
Two men, Dale Fitzpatrick, 40, of no fixed abode, and Geoffrey Pearson, 47, of Nelstrop Road, Heaton Chapel, have already pleaded guilty in relation to the same incident.
The pair appeared at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 23rd April where they were sentenced to a combined six years and eight months in prison.
