Detectives investigating a series of thefts from trade vehicles across Cheshire and Manchester have charged three men in relation to the incidents.
Thomas Stokes, Edward Stokes and Christopher Stokes were all arrested on Wednesday 9th July following an investigation by Northwich Proactive CID.
The trio have all since been charged with conspiracy to commit theft from motor vehicles and handling stolen goods.
The theft charges relate to 20 thefts from trade vehicles in Northwich, Winsford, Tarporley, Chester and Leigh (Greater Manchester) which occurred between Wednesday 28th May and Wednesday 9th July 2025.
Thomas, 29, of Scott Street, Leigh, Edward, 26, of Oxford Street, Leigh, and Christopher, 19, of no fixed abode, Ellesmere Port, have all been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 11th July.
