A 31-year-old man was arrested at the address on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (cocaine). While an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis).
A quantity of illegal drugs was also recovered along with cash, drugs paraphernalia and number of mobile phones.
Inspector Paul Heatley, of Northwich Local Policing Unit said:
“This is another fantastic result which has led to the recovery of a quantity of illegal drugs, along with the arrest of two people on suspicion of drugs offences.
“The impact of drugs is well known, and I hope that these arrests provide reassurance to the community that we are doing all we can to stop those believed to be involved in this behaviour. “Intelligence supplied by members of the public is crucial to this fight and I urge anyone with any information about suspected drug related activity in their community to get in touch.
“We will continue to tackle drug dealing in Winsford and elsewhere in Cheshire head on, utilising all the resources at our disposal."
