Police officers investigating a collision in Winford have charged two people in relation to the incident.
Jay Price, 35, and Kelly Brown, 31, have both been charged with committing an act / series of acts with intent to pervert the course of public justice.
Price, has also been charged with driving without due care and attention; failing to report a collision; driving without a licence and driving without insurance,
The pair, both of Cavendish Close in Winsford, have been bailed and are set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 31st July.
The charges follow a collision on Thursday 22nd January 2026, where a car was found overturned in a pond off Bradford Road in Winsford.
