Officers from Cheshire Police have arrested two teenagers on suspicion of attempted burglary following an incident at an address in Poynton.
At around 2.30am today, Tuesday 3 May, police were called to reports of intruders attempting to gain entry into an address on Yew Tree Lane.
Officers were deployed to the scene, supported by the police dogs, and two teenage boys were arrested nearby.
The 15-year-old and 16-year-old, who are both from the Greater Manchester area, were both arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary.
They currently remain in police custody where they are assisting officers with their enquiries.
