VACCINATION PLEA...Please arrive at your allotted time and avoid a cold wait. Today will be another busy day of vaccinations at Congleton Town Hall.
Yesterday was a good first day, but it would be even better if people did their very best to arrive as close as possible to their appointment times.
Yesterday some people, keen not to be late, arrived very early. Today the marshals will be asking people who arrive early to go back and wait in their car or to go for a walk around the block rather than queue outside the Town Hall.
Please aim to arrive at the Town Hall as close as possible to your given appointment time - you will be met by a volunteer marshal who will then see you into the Town Hall for temperature checks and registering.
People will be seen at the time of their appointment not in the order of arrival. We appreciate it is difficult to know how long it will take to travel in to Congleton and park up. But you are better waiting in the car than outside the Town Hall.
Once again we are asking the public to avoid parking in the bays opposite the Town Hall to keep them free for people coming for their vaccinations.
We are grateful to Burns Garage on Canal Street for allowing people to use their forecourt.
Thank you for your co-operation!
