Chester's Dee Radio were at the very first Active Travel Festival for Chester. It was held on the Lower Castle Car Park, in the city centre, on Sunday, 18th June 2023.
The event was organised to help the city become a cleaner, greener and healthier place to live, work and play.
Active Travel is fun and informative, with the purpose of promoting active travel as the natural choice for short journeys to school, work or the shops.
Darren Antrobus and the Dee Team, with Chester The Cat, were at the event to find out more about the free E-Bike taster sessions, the freestyle mountain bike stunts, the Ginger Scooter Trials and the Dr Bike Health Shop.
You can hear Darren's interviews with many of the event's organisers and participants here...
