KNUTSFORD LAST NIGHT PROMS DENISE AND STEFAN BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT

Knutsford Last Night Proms Charity Concert was a huge success last year raising £5500 for the charities. We are supporting East Cheshire Hospice,  Macmillan and Church Organ again this year. 

One of our audience wrote for last year's concert:

"What an amazing event! And an outstanding achievement. You and your wife put on a top class evening. We just loved it. As did the many people I knew who were part of the audience. Thank you so much I felt very priveledged to be there. As a number of people said, they were humbled by Denise and Stefan. I had no idea of their history, so it was indeed very special".

We are to perform at the brilliant John's Church venue again this year for what has been requested as an annual event by people in the area. The concert is packed full of wonderful songs and music for a great night out.

It's great news that Denise and Stefan have agreed to return to Knutsford for another stellar performance accompanied by tenor Phillip Cartwright and the Last Night Singers. They will include Vilja from the Merry Widow, And this is my beloved, Kismet,Anthem ,Chess and You Raise Me Up. 

The pipe organist, Aya Pitcher will treat us to Bach's Toccata and accompany cellist Min Song in that wonderful piece, The Swan. She will also accompany Flautist, Una Ryan in Ave Maria. 

The Warrington Pipes and Drums, who have participated in the World Pipe Band Championships this year, will be back again to allow us to experience their unique sound.

A traditional Last Night finish will provide a rausing end to the concert.
