Reset and Renew - a night of zen

Join us for a deeply restorative start to the year with our Yoga Nidra & Relaxation event, lovingly guided by Yoga by Claudia.

Claudia will lead you through a nurturing blend of gentle relaxation, guided Yoga Nidra, and soothing breathwork to help melt away tension and reset your nervous system for the year ahead.

Think warm blankets, hoodies, and fluffy socks - comfort is not just encouraged, it’s essential.

Whether you're seeking a moment of stillness, deeper sleep, or simply a cosy night dedicated entirely to you, this session offers the perfect midwinter reset.

This is an event for everyone at all abilities, you don't need to be super flexible for this one!
