
Students at All Hallows Catholic College are once again celebrating excellent A Level and BTEC results, with many securing places at leading universities, competitive apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
Principal Mr Tim Beesley commented:
“We’re proud of every student who collected results today. These outcomes reflect not only academic achievement but also the resilience, effort, and character shown by this year group. I’d like to thank our staff for their dedication and our families for their continued support.”
This year, the highest achieving student was Evangeline Ashton, who earned a well-deserved four A* grades in Biology, Chemistry, Geography, and Maths. She will be studying Earth Sciences at the University of Oxford, whilst Kathryn Arnott is going to the University of Cambridge to study Natural Sciences.
Other high-performing students include, Tabitha Elderton, Abby Hurst, Annabel Dunn, Leila Marchant, Will Clayton, Henry Simpson, Livi Turnock, Gloriya George, Dylan Roberts, Hugo Skarratt, and our Head Students, Sam Graves & Orla Baxter.
Tabitha and Will have secured places at Edinburgh University to study English Literature and Spanish & Politics respectively. Abby and Hugo are going to the University of Leeds to study Biology and Economics & Mathematics. Annabel is studying Marine Biology at Aberystwyth University. Henry is going to the University of Sheffield to study Mechanical Engineering. Livi is going to the University of Birmingham to study Psychology. Inspired by our residential visit to Lancaster University, Leila is going there to study Geography. Amy is going to study Business Management at Keele University. Sam is reading Theology and Religion at Durham University, whilst Orla is going to Newcastle University to read Law.
Head Student Sam said, said:
“I am very grateful for all of the support and guidance that I received from All Hallows. These past two years have been incredibly challenging, and I couldn’t have achieved my successes without the help of my amazing teachers”.
David Howells, Head of Sixth Form, said:
“This cohort has worked hard and supported one another throughout their time in Sixth Form. Their results are well deserved, and we’re confident they’ll go on to make a real impact in whatever path they choose.”
Chair of Governors, Mrs Clair Watson, added:

As in previous years, All Hallows joins other Cheshire East schools in focusing on celebrating individual and collective success, rather than publishing school-level performance tables.
All Hallows Catholic College in Macclesfield is an all ability 11-18 voluntary academy of 1,200 students drawn from a wide geographical area. It is part of the Our Lady Help of Christians multi-academy trust, with partner primary schools in Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow and Poynton. Students are also drawn from a wide geographical area, including parts of Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Stockport.
