Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a motorbike rider sustained serious injuries following a collision in Middlewich.
At 2.37pm on Tuesday 30 July, officers responded to reports of a road traffic collision in Middlewich.
Attending the scene on Birch Lane, Middlewich, officers found the collision involved a white Hyundai I10 and a Honda motorcycle.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 31-year-old man from Winsford, sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital via air ambulance, where he remains at this time. His condition is described as stable.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 69-year-old woman from Middlewich, sustained minor injuries to her neck and head.
Inspector Steve Griffiths, of the Roads and Crime Unit, said:
"I’d urge anyone who witnessed the collision but has not yet spoken to police to please contact us.
"The same goes for anyone with dashcam footage that may help us identify the car and driver involved in the collision.”
