Officers are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a serious collision between a car and a motorbike in Crewe.
At 8.38am on 1 September a report was received of a collision involving a silver Ford Fiesta car and a blue Lexmoto Crescent motorbike on the A534 Nantwich Road at its junction with Mill Street.
The rider of the motorbike, a 20-year-old man, was taken to hospital for a broken leg and was later discharged.
Sadly, the man subsequently passed away after falling ill at home on 5 September.
An investigation to establish the cause of his death is currently underway and as part of their enquiries officers are appealing for information in relation to the collision.
