Appeal renewed to trace wanted man from Northwich

Officers are continuing to appeal for information from the the public for help to locate a man from Northwich.

Elliot Rowe is wanted for breaching a stalking protection order.

The 27-year-old is currently of no fixed abode, but officers believe he may be in the Winsford area at this time.

He also has links to Ellesmere Port and Northwich.

Rowe is described as 5' 7" tall and of medium build with dark brown hair, a brown beard, and brown eyes.
