The Bollington CAFOD Fun Run takes place on Wednesday 27th December.
It's less than ten days to the start of the Bollington CAFOD Fun Run on Wednesday 27th December 2024 start 11.00 a.m.
The Fun Run will start from the Middlewood Way next to St Gregory’s Parish Hall.
Those who register online to take part can pick up their running numbers, from the Parish Hall, from 10.00 a.m.
If you cannot register online there will be registration available on the day in the Parish Hall.
In 2023 we managed despite the poor weather to raise almost £4,000 and I am hoping that we can achieve a similar target this year.
So that you don’t miss out please visit the sign up page below, click “Sign up now”, register your place (remember to check the Bollington Fun Run box where requested) and make your donation at:
Suggestions for your donation are:
• £10.00 per adult (£20.00 for a family)
• £5.00 for under 16s
This year we are looking for volunteers to help out as course marshals and to help out at registrations etc. In particular:
If you have a little time to spare between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on the 27th to sit in the St Gregory’s Hall and assist with the registrations then please reply back to me.
You may be taking part yourself and could arrive at 10.00 a.m.
We usually have a number of marshals posted at various points on the course for safety reasons and to ensure participants are guided in the right direction.
We are looking to give volunteers a briefing in St Gregory’s parish hall at around 10.15 a.m.
If you would like to put your name forward please reply by e-mail or call on the numbers below.
