CHESHIRE SIGHT LOSS INFORMATION SURVEY

Help NHS England, Vision Support and East Cheshire Eye Society improve information for people living with a vision impairment in Cheshire.

Vision Support provides support for people with a vision impairment with the aim of enhancing the quality of life, promoting continuing independence and raising awareness of vision impaired people of all ages in our community. They offer a range of services including social and activity groups, digital skills training, counselling, and befriending services.

They are currently working with NHS England and East Cheshire Eye Society to improve access to information for people with a vision impairment in Cheshire. They are collecting information via a survey. This can be completed online, over the phone or we can send large print versions out to people.

Take part in a survey and you will be offered the chance to take part in a Prize Draw to win an Alexa or One Cup Kettle.

Your responses will help to improve information for people with sight loss in Cheshire.

The survey should be completed by 1st August 2022.
