Hospice @Home service, which supports families and patients to achieve their preferred place of death, celebrated its 5th year anniversary on 2nd October.

Our palliative and domiciliary 24/7 community nursing teams work alongside Macmillan and other care teams ready for emergency call out whenever needed.

We have seen a significant increase in demand for our Hospice @Home service with many more patients preferring to be at home for end-of-life.

This autumn, we hope you can help us continue our amazing services at the Hospice by taking part in our events or organising your own Christmas fundraising.
