Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a betting shop in Winsford have charged a man in connection with the incident.
Vincent Henry was arrested on Thursday 3 November, and he had since been charged with-
- Robbery
- Possession of a firearm
- Possess an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence
- Possession of Criminal property
- Three counts of possession of an offensive weapon in private place
The 33-year-old of Station Road, Winsford, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 4th November.
The charge relates to an incident at the Betfred store on Jubilee Way which occurred at around 12.20pm on Thursday 4th August.
