Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was seriously injured following a fail to stop collision in Crewe.
Sometime between 5.30pm and 5.45pm on 13 December a motocross bike was in collision with a pedestrian on Wistaston Road outside the Wistaston Road Hand Car Wash and Afford Rent-a-Car.
The rider of the motor cross bike didn’t stop at the scene leaving the pedestrian seriously injured. The casualty, a 23-year-old local man, is currently being treated at Leighton Hospital.
The bike is described as a dark grey motocross bike with no rear lights. The rider was dressed all in black with a dark grey helmet and is thought to be aged around 19-20 years old.
PC John Warren said: “I would urge anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the collision, or has any dashcam footage of the incident or the motocross bike before the collision to contact police.”
