Police have charged a 21-year-old man, from Macclesfield, following an investigation into the serious sexual assault of a teenage girl in Bollington.
He was charged with the rape of a girl aged 13 and over, assault of a female 13 and over by penetration with part of a body, and sexual assault on a female.
The offences relate to an incident on the evening of Saturday 27th February 2021 in Tinkers Wood, Bollington.
Freeth will appear at Stockport Magistrates on 3rd February.
