Detectives investigating reports of a sexual assault in Handforth have charged two men in connection with the incident.
Fahad Aldhfiri, 24, has been charged with two counts of rape, and Ali Al Khateeb, 32, has been charged with one count rape.
The pair, both of Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Sunday 12 August.
They have both been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 8 September.
A 39-year-old man who was also arrested as part of the investigation has since been released without charge.
