Officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious collision in Middlewich.
At 4.43pm on Wednesday 6 December, police were called to reports of a collision on Warmingham Lane.
The collision involved an orange MGB ATX motorcycle. An unknown object in the road had caused the rider, a 45-year-old man, to lose control and come off the motorcycle.
He was taken to hospital with a serious leg injury.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage of what happened to get in touch with them.
PC Chris Hough said:
“This incident occurred at a busy time of day, so we are asking for anyone who saw what happened to get in touch with us, so we can piece together exactly what happened.
“The same goes for anyone with dashcam footage of the incident.”
