Detectives are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a burglary at a residential address in Cuddington.
Sometime between 10.45am on 7.30pm on Wednesday 17th December, unknown offenders forced entry into an address on Weaverham Road, near Ivy Drive, by smashing through patio doors.
Once inside they conducted an untidy search and stole several watches, hair straighteners and the keys to a VW Golf.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers are appealing for information from the public.
Detective Constable Chris Forrest, of Northwich Proactive CID, said:
“To become a victim of burglary just days before Christmas is absolutely devastating and we’re committed to doing all we can to trace the people responsible.
“As part of our investigation we’re keen to hear from anyone who was in the Weaverham Road area on the day of the incident and believes they may have seen anything suspicious.
“The same goes for anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage which may aid our investigation.”
