Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any dashcam footage to come forward following a fail-to-stop collision in Winsford.
At around 5.45pm on Thursday 3rd July, police were called to reports of a collision in Wharton Road, Winsford, near the roundabout at the bottom of Wharton Hill.
The incident involved a pedal cyclist and a car. The car, believed to be orange, failed to stop at the scene.
The male cyclist suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital at this time.
Sergeant Andy Dennison said:
“We have been conducting enquiries to trace the vehicle involved since the incident took place and we would like to appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed what happened to contact us.
“The same goes for anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage or anyone with any other information in relation to the incident."
