The Bollington CAFOD Fun Run is only a few days away taking place this year on Monday 27th December 2021 start 11.00 a.m.
Obviously this is subject to the current Covid-19 guidance and we are hopeful that there will be no further restrictions that would make the event impossible to stage. The Macclesfield Canal yesterday following the rain was quite muddy so please wear appropriate footwear to be safe when you take part good trail running shoes or for walkers sturdy boots. As part of the extra Covid precautions this year we are not serving refreshments so please bring your own.
There are still places left for those who wish to take part so to ensure you don’t miss out please register your place at:
https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/bollingtons-cafod-fun-run-2021-tickets-224648639127
There is no entry fee for registration but we encourage you to make a donation and/or get your family and friends to sponsor you. Again due to Covid-19 precautions we will not be collecting cash on the day. There may be the option on the day to donate using contactless card so please bring a card with you. We have set up a Just Giving Page for your donations as last year when we did the virtual Fun Run. Follow this link:
https://www.justgiving.com/team/BollingtonCAFODFunRun
If you are raising sponsorship from friends and family there is a link on this Just Giving page for you to set up your own fundraising page just click the green box “Join the team” and set this up as instructed.

• £10.00 per adult (£20.00 for a family)
• £5.00 for under 16s
Since 2011, wonderful runners and walkers - of all ages and abilities - have had fun and through donations and sponsorship raised over £40,000 for CAFOD.
