Everybody Sport and Recreation are ecstatic to join up with UKActive for National Fitness Day!
Join them on the 22nd of September for a day of celebrating the benefits of keeping an active and healthy lifestyle. They are delighted to be offering FREE group fitness classes, health checks, FREE Smart Restart sessions and tours at a range of Everybody Leisure Centres!
This year's theme is ‘Fitness Unites Us’ and Everybody are looking forward to bringing the local community together. You can join their fantastic fitness instructors for some of their most popular classes, including Group Cycling, Yoga, HIIT and many more. You can also visit their stunning immersive group cycling studio, Les Mills The Trip, at the spectacular Everybody @ Alderley Park or push your limits with an Omnia Rig class. Macclesfield Leisure Centre will also be offering their famous Zumba GOLD for free – you won’t want to miss it.

Take advantage of the offering and visit the brand new TRAIN studio in Wilmslow Leisure Centre where instructors will take you through a HIIT experience like no other.
